The Ampersand Gathering will culminate in you teaming up with brilliant minds from diverse disciplines to tackle real-world challenges, from backlash against DEI and civil discourse to reimagining collaboration, trust, and participatory decision-making.

Framed as bold “How might we…” questions, these challenges will spark your creativity. You’ll build brand-new tools, methods, or experiences based on existing methods like Open Space, Graphic Facilitation, Strategic Visioning, and Liberating Structures.

We’ll give you:

• Just enough structure to guide you
• All the markers, stickies, and templates you need
• A room full of passionate, curious peers

You’ll leave with:

• A functional prototype ready to test
• Fresh skills in co-creation across disciplines
• New collaborators, and maybe even all the marbles 😉
