Terms and Conditions for the Ampersand Gathering 2025

The following terms and conditions govern the registration, participation, and attendance of the Ampersand Gathering 2025, taking place from September 10 to 12, 2025, at the Hill Center at the Old Naval Hospital in Washington, DC (the “Event”). By purchasing a ticket, volunteering, or otherwise participating in the Event, you agree to these terms and conditions.


1. General

1.1. Event Organizers: The Ampersand Gathering is organized by Rachel Thompson, Daring Studios, and Brian Tarallo, Lizard Brain. (the “Organizers”).

1.2. Event Location and Dates: The Event will take place September 10 - 12, 2025, at the Hill Center at the Old Naval Hospital, 921 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, Washington, DC 20003.


2. Registration and Payment

2.1. Ticket Purchase: All tickets must be purchased through the Event’s official website or an authorized channel.

2.2. Ticket Types: Ticket options include Full Event Tickets and Daily Tickets. Specific benefits and prices are detailed on the Event website.

2.3. Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of registration.

2.4. Discounts: Discounts (e.g., for sponsors, partners, volunteers, ambassadors, etc.) cannot be combined. Discounts may only be applied to the Full Event Tickets.


3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

3.1. Cancellations by Attendees: Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual by notifying the Organizers in writing via email at least 14 calendar days before the Event.

3.2. Cancellations by Organizers: If the Event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organizers will communicate about the next steps and refund options.

3.3. Force Majeure: The Organizers are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government regulations.
