Lynne and Dan will lead a facilitated conversation and show you how to use this tool to build a shared understanding of what success looks like for your initiative... and who you might partner with along the way.

Making it safe to talk about failure is critical for innovation, and we’ll show you how to create a safe environment for these discussions, which fortunately involves tasty desserts! Following the premortem practice, Lynne and Dan will host a Failure Cake event, where participants are invited to share failure stories that led to learning and growth... all while eating cake.
